Before you begin, be sure your bed is plugged into a working outlet. |

STEP 1: Press the Learn Button on the Power Down Box for one second and release. |
| |
STEP 2: Press and hold the POS 1 and the HEAD MASSAGE ON/OFF buttons. The transmission light will flash slowly and then flash rapidly. Continue to hold for 5 seconds and then release the buttons. |

Your remote should now be programmed to operate your bed. |

| To program your favorite position and massage: |
| 1. |
Take the bed to your desired setting. |
| 2. |
Hold the set position button for 5 seconds. |
| 3. |
Press the "P" button for 5 seconds. |
| 4. |
To return to the desired setting press the "P" button. |
